Opening hours Christmas and turn of the year 2024/25

The library is closed from 23.12.24 to 1.1.25. Emil-Figge-Bibliothek and Sebrath-Bibliothek will reopen on 2.1.25!

Test access: Works of Philosophy and Their Reception (WPR)

Use the trial access to the WPR platform, which deals with philosophical works from antiquity to the present day, until December 31, 2024.

Demolition begins with removal of the façade

The façade of the former Central Library on Vogelpothsweg has been gradually being demolished since November 20.

The Central Library at Vogelpothsweg 76 has been closed since 7.8.2023.

Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Departmental Library of Architecture and Civil Engineering
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Current note

The Library will be closed from Monday, 23 December 2024 up to and including Wednesday, 1 January 2025. Emil-Figge-Bibliothek and the Sebrath-Bibliothek will reopen on Thursday, 2 January 2025! The Departmental Libraries on South Campus will be open again from Monday, 6 January 2025.
