Wifi/WLAN

Two students are sitting at a desk working with their laptops.

The library is equipped with wifi access throughout. The "eduroam" wireless network can be used by members of TU Dortmund University and other institutions participating in eduroam. External users do not have wifi access and can only use licensed services (e-books, e-journals, databases) at the PC workstations!

The wireless networks on the TU Dortmund campus are operated by the ITMC. Overview, instructions, access requirements: Access to the network - WLAN

registration for TU members with the uni account (account plus "@tu-dortmund.de").
login for members of other universities (also FH Dortmund) with the user ID and password of their own university (your user name plus domain name of your own university: e.g. "@fh-dortmund.de").
