Borrowing Items

You always have your library card with you on your smartphone in the TU-App. Simply go to "Library card" and hold the QR code under the scanner at the lending machines. Alternatively, you can call up the library account on your mobile device in the browser and you will also find the QR code behind the ‘Library card’ tile.

If you do not want to use the TU app, do not have a smartphone or want to authorize third parties to borrow books: Please print out a transferable, temporary ID card in the form of a QR code via your library account.
