Information Center Technology and Patents (ITP)

The Information Center for Technology and Patents (ITP) offers services relating to the industrial property rights patent and utility model (technology), trademark (product identification) and design. We provide access to standards and other technical regulations as well as specialist literature on industrial property rights.

The ITP gives you the opportunity to carry out your own searches on all industrial property rights. In addition to freely accessible databases, you can also use professional databases to which we have subscribed. Our specialist staff will assist you with your own searches.

We also carry out certain searches on industrial property rights on behalf of our clients.

Every Wednesday afternoon, the ITP offers free legal advice from patent attorneys.

The ITP is an official cooperation partner of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office DPMA. As such, we treat all information we receive in the course of our work with absolute confidentiality.
