UB supports Invoice Processing for Publications

The University Library supports TU Dortmund University researchers with its expertise on all types of publication costs.

There are costs for all kinds of academic publishing. These range from fees for open access publishing to costs for color illustrations or costs for the use of images to printing costs. These costs are either paid by individual working groups or by the University Library, which is why TU Dortmund University does not yet have a complete overview of the different types of publication costs incurred.

However, as the University Library does not want to expect the departments to deal with the various publication types, it provides support with its expertise in invoice processing in SAP. It defines the different publication costs and thus relieves the scientists at TU Dortmund University of the burden of dealing with these invoices.
