Online seminar of Dortmund University Library, Information Center Technology and Patents (ITP)

Registration and further information: 58th patent seminar "Vorsprung durch Patentinformation".

The following topics will be covered:

introduction to the most important industrial property rights (patents, utility models, trademarks, designs)
support for inventors at TU Dortmund University (in the context of the Employee Invention Act)
search strategies and techniques (especially for novelty searches)
consolidation and decision support based on practical examples

Icon Meeting / Conference

The seminar aims to convey the profitable use of patent information for research and studies. The event is organized by the Information Center Technology and Patents in cooperation with the Center for Entrepreneurship & Transfer of TU Dortmund University as well as the Dortmund Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Dortmund Chamber of Crafts.

Participation is free for students and employees of the TU Dortmund!
