In addition to Elsevier, TU Dortmund University also participates in the Germany-wide DEAL agreements with Springer and Wiley, which will be extended on January 1, 2024.

Not only access to Elsevier journals, but also to journals from Springer and Wiley is (still) possible for TU members; they can continue to read in all journals from both publishers. For authors at TU Dortmund University, the central funding gives them the opportunity to publish Open Access in the journals at no additional cost.
