New: CRSP US stock data now available in WRDS

In cooperation with the Department of Economics, the University Library is now offering U.S. stock data from the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) at the University of Chicago within the Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS ). The license initially runs for one year.
The CRSP data includes daily and monthly closing prices for stocks listed on the following exchanges:
- NYSE: As of Dec. 31, 1925
- NYSE MKT: As of July 2, 1962
- NASDAQ: As of December 14, 1972
- Arca As of 8.3.2006
Details on the records included can be found at WRDS.
In addition to the newly added CRSP U.S. stock data, members of TU Dortmund University continue to have access to data from CompuStat, OSIRIS, and other sources in WRDS.
