Analyze research trends and identify potential academic and industry collaborators based on publication data:

SciVal is based on the Scopus database and allows you to analyze, visualize and compare the publication performance of individuals, groups, institutions and countries. Look into predefined subject areas or self-defined research areas to find out which individuals and institutions are particularly active in a research field and could be eligible for collaborations. Investigate which topics are currently of particular interest in research and whether future research trends can be identified from this.

SciVal is available to all members of TU Dortmund University after registration. The University Library offers a live demo of about 45 min on Tuesday, 4 July at 10.15 a.m. and Monday, 10 July at 14.15 p.m. Participation is possible via zoom or in presence. Please register or contact us for further dates.
