The CAS SciFinder-n Discovery Platform Academic, newly licensed since the beginning of 2024, extends and replaces the previous SciFinder-n.

As before, the Discovery Platform can be accessed as a TOP database via the subject guide chemistry. It contains the following products:

It is possible to search for the analyte, analytical details and validation data as well as instruments in a variety of scientific fields including chemistry, food and environmental sciences.

CAS Formulations on the CAS SciFinder-n Discovery Platform Academic

CAS Formulus as part of the CAS SciFinder-n Discovery Platform provides formulation-specific information such as specific ingredients and the data source of the information. The advanced search provides details about a formulation, including components, processes and experimental activity.
