From January 5, 2025, you can study every Sunday until 10 p.m. – now also in the Emil-Figge-Bibliothek, the central Library location on the North Campus!

From 2025, you can also study in the Emil-Figge-Bibliothek (EFB) on Sundays. As before, the Sebrath-Bibliothek, the City Center location and the Co-Learning Space Campus North will be open every Sunday (except on Public Holidays), the latter even until one o'clock in the morning.

Thanks to quality improvement funds, the EFB will not only be open in the evenings and on Saturdays, but also on Sundays from 2025. It will only be closed on Public Holidays.

New opening hours from 2025:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Open on Sundays for the first time on January 5. EFB business hours with Library staff: Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sat 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
