Until Sunday, 22.3.: Construction work and noise in the Emil-Figge-Bibliothek
Due to work that cannot be postponed in building section E of the Emil-Figge-Bibliothek, there will be increased noise pollution in the library up to and including Sunday, 22.03.2026.
The affected part of building E as well as all collections, study material lockers and group study rooms will remain accessible during the measures; however, individual study areas will have to be closed due to the construction work.
In addition, acoustic disturbances are to be expected throughout the library.
For undisturbed work, please switch to other study areas if necessary, e.g:
- Sebrath-Bibliothek: Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 20:00 | Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 - 20:00
- Co-learning space: Mondays to Fridays: 06:30 - 01:00 | Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 - 01:00
- Downtown learning space (for students of TU Dortmund University, FH Dortmund University and UA Ruhr): Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 22:00 | Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 - 22:00
