As of now: Electronic Delivery of Interlibrary Loan Articles

This eliminates the need to collect paper printouts. Previously, for licensing reasons, libraries were not allowed to deliver articles ordered via interlibrary loan to users electronically, but only to make them available for collection in printed form.

Now electronic delivery for University Libraries in NRW has been realised across the board. During the pandemic, the electronic transmission of ordered interlibrary loan articles was temporarily possible.

From February 2024, the delivery of an article will continue to cost 1.50 euros for students and external library users.
