Trademark law and trademark research for those interested in founding a company: The seminar is primarily aimed at those interested in founding a company and deals with important topics for founders, from protected brand names to their own company logo.

  • Introduction to the world of trademark law
  • Rights and obligations of trademark owners
  • Search strategies and techniques
  • Presentation of the strengths and weaknesses of the presented, freely usable trademark databases

 

The aim of the seminar is to show the path from finding a name or finalizing a logo design to registering a trademark.

Participation is free of charge for students and employees of TU Dortmund University!
